RETURN POLICY

By making a purchase from our store you are agreeing with our policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your item within 30 days of arrival of the item at your shipping destination.

Here are the options:

• Write us an email at stating the problem.
• Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange. We need your order number, and approximate purchase date.
• We will send you a return code in the email. Please, enclose this code to the package. We will as well provide the address where you should send the item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired.

Note:

• To get refund or exchange the item must be in the same condition you received it.
• We are unable to exchange items except you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• If you removed any links you must return them with the item. If any links are missing, your item will not be exchanged or refunded.
• We cannot accept returns of certain items that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• We cannot accept returns of certain items that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
• If we cannot repair the item, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. In most cases, we repair the items having manufacturers' defects.

Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. If you are exchanging a item, we will pay for the shipping cost back to you.
If price of the exchanged item is higher than original purchase, please enclose a payment for the price difference. If the price of the exchanged item is lower, we will issue a refund for the difference in price.
In case of package being lost, there is a 30- day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
Please allow up to two weeks for exchange to arrive.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies
